Milwaukee, WI (8/29/13) — Capitol West Academy recently received $4,000 in grants from Target Corporation. One will support CWA’s growing music program. The second will provide sponsorship for Diane’s Dictionaries and Vocabulary Day, two literacy-based programs.
“We are thrilled that Target has chosen to recognize CWA’s curriculum through funding for these programs,” said Donna Niccolai-Weber, CWA executive director. “Target’s support helps assure that our students have ample opportunities to explore their strengths and interests and enthusiastically embrace the concept of lifelong learning.”
“At Target, we are committed to serving local communities where we do business,” said Laysha Ward, Target’s president of Community Relations. “That’s why we are proud to partner with Capitol West Academy as we work to strengthen communities and enrich the lives of our guests and team members.”
